Rumble is a yearly, fun and fast paced, Critical Ops tournament, generally spanning a month. The format changes every year in order to achieve an interesting and exciting tournament experience. Rumble is open to all regions, separated into an Americas and Eurasia bracket.
Regional Format
Two regions will host separate tournaments:
- Americas (North America & South America)
- Eurasia (Europe & Asia)
Each region will feature a 48-team, 3v3 single elimination bracket. The top 2 teams from each region will advance to the cross-regional playoffs, which will be played in a double elimination format.
Game Modes
Teams must be prepared to compete across five distinct game modes:
- Team Deathmatch
- Elimination
- Rush
- Defuse
- Wingman (2v2 format; teams must select 2 players from their 4-player roster for Wingman matches)

Disclaimer: The schedule may be altered depending on team availability and other ongoing tournaments.
1.1. Every player must have at least 1000 kills (ranked + custom)...
1.2. Players/teams in PolarisGG Blacklist are banned from all events.
1.3. OS Requirements: iPad/iPhone 18.3+, Android 13+.
1.4. RUMBLE 2025 is hosted on Discord, bracket on Challonge. All teams must monitor channels regularly.
1.5. Rule updates will be posted in captain news channels or official Discord channels.
1.6. Teams must play in their assigned region. Ping must average below 175ms.
1.7. Nade stacking is allowed.
1.8. Polaris staff may play, but not stream or moderate matches.
1.9. Polaris Staff may request recordings for anti-cheat checks.
1.10. Match-fixing is prohibited.
1.11. Players may only be in one lineup during the event.
1.12. Forfeits without valid reason can lead to blacklisting for the year.
1.13. Prizing must be claimed by the captain (or agreed party) within 12 months. Polaris is not liable for prize distribution.
2.1. Teams must have 3–4 players to register.
2.2. All players must have 1000+ kills (see General Rules 1.1).
2.3. Players must register via /register in the Polaris Discord using correct IGN and ID.
2.4. Teams are created via /create_team and must select the appropriate region.
2.5. Only one captain per team. Captains can transfer ownership via the bot.
2.6. Participants must not be captains on multiple teams.
2.7. Requirements: Valid IGN, not banned, appropriate name/clan tag, not blacklisted.
2.8. Roster changes are allowed only before registration closes.
2.9. Max 2 teams per org (e.g. Elevate NA + Elevate SA).
2.10. Operative accounts are banned.
3.1. Teams must join the game room within 15 minutes. Missing this may result in disqualification.
3.2. All games must be 3v3. (Except Wingman 2v2)
3.3. Anti-Cheat Measures must be followed when required by staff or captains (see Section 5).
3.4. Forbidden: VPNs, emulators, crosshair apps, macros, etc.
3.5. Substitutes mid-game must also follow anti-cheat protocol.
3.6. No mutual agreements to skip required rules or allow blacklisted players.
3.7. All Chat use during matches is discouraged and may lead to penalties.
3.8. Use of special commands = disqualification.
3.9. Players may not switch to spectate or opposing team once match is live.
3.10. If present, room permissions go to Polaris Staff/Streamers only.
3.11. Mid-game protests only allowed in cases of blatant cheating.
3.12. Players must remain in the match until the final scoreboard is displayed.
4.1. Players must ensure at least 2GB free storage per map.
4.2. Lineup must be validated before match; captains are responsible.
4.3. Map bans are completed via the Discord bot in match-up channels.
4.4. Anti-cheat must be followed if required (see Section 5).
4.5. Teams must be available within scheduled windows — no exceptions.
4.6. Captains must respond to map bans and enforce all rules.
4.7. Refer to Game Rules for mid-match rules. Disconnections must follow anti-cheat protocol.
4.8. Captains must submit final scoreboard screenshot to #rumble-submit-info.
4.9. Protests must be made within 10 minutes of the match in submit-info.
4.10. Recordings may be requested to be uploaded to YouTube and submitted via link.
All players must have a minimum of 2GB of free storage (per map) to record.
STAGE 1: Players only have to upload upon request by the opposing team or staff.
STAGE 2 / PLAYOFFS: All players must upload anti-cheat recordings for every match.
Recordings must include full anti-cheat steps and all gameplay. Recordings must be 720p+, unedited (except gameplay may be sped up to 4x). Two videos are required: one for anti-cheat steps, one for gameplay.
Upload deadlines: 15 minutes per map (e.g. 3 maps = 45 minutes total). Extensions may be granted by Polaris Staff.
- Start recording.
- Close all apps (including Critical Ops).
- Open Clock app > Stopwatch > Start.
- Go to Settings > General > About > scroll through.
- Go to General > iPad Storage > tap Critical Ops.
- Go to Battery > tap on show activity > Scroll through Last 24 Hours & Last 10 Days.
- Go to Screen Time > Last Week > tap “Show More” > tap Critical Ops > Day tab > tap "Show More" > tap Critical Ops.
- Go to Privacy > Developer Mode > turn OFF if on.
- Return to Stopwatch to show time.
- Go to App Store > search "Critical Ops" > open game.
- Go to in-game Store and attempt to buy credits (Do not actually buy them)
- Join room and move to spectate (or your side).
- End settings recording and immediately start gameplay recording.
- Show stopwatch, pause it, and end it.
- Continue recording entire match.
- Start recording.
- Close all apps (including Critical Ops).
- Open Clock app > Stopwatch > Start.
- Go to Settings > General > About > scroll through.
- Go to General > iPhone Storage > tap Critical Ops.
- Go to Battery > tap on show activity > Scroll through Last 24 Hours & Last 10 Days.
- Go to Screen Time > Last Week > tap “Show More” > tap Critical Ops > Day tab > tap "Show More" > tap Critical Ops.
- Go to Privacy > Developer Mode > turn OFF if on.
- Return to Stopwatch to show time.
- Go to App Store > search "Critical Ops" > open game.
- Go to in-game Store and attempt to buy credits (Do not actually buy them)
- Join room and move to spectate (or your side).
- Swipe to open Control Center > show Stopwatch.
- Switch back to Critical Ops. End settings recording.
- Immediately start gameplay recording.
- Continue recording entire match.
- Ensure Android 13+ and Smart Multi Stopwatch app is installed.
- Start recording.
- Go to Settings > About Device > All Specs > Status Info (show 4 seconds each).
- Install & open “InstaPay Egypt” for 7 seconds.
- Install & open “Halifax Mobile Banking” for 7 seconds.
- Install & open “Package Manager” > Search “oasis”, “bay”, “critical” > tap Critical Ops > Full Details.
- Open Play Store > search Critical Ops > open game.
- Join room and move to spectate (or your side).
- End stopwatch by long press > "OK".
- End settings recording, immediately start gameplay recording.
- Continue recording entire match.
