In-Game Conduct Bans

Synced automatically from Critical Ops — Polaris does not control these
Permanent

If Critical Ops itself bans your account, Polaris mirrors that ban automatically — you'll be unable to register, participate in ongoing tournaments, or join a team or nation until it's lifted on the game's side. These are not appealable through Polaris Support, since Polaris does not issue or control them.

Polaris Tournament & Community Bans

Issued directly by Polaris staff for tournament- or community-specific violations
Case-by-case

Staff can issue a ban directly through Polaris for conduct within our tournaments, Discord server, or community spaces — independent of your in-game standing. Duration is set by staff on a case-by-case basis (a set number of weeks, months, or permanent) based on the severity and history of the violation.

Common grounds for a Polaris-issued ban include, but aren't limited to:

Appealing a Ban

1
In-game bans are appealed directly through Critical Ops — Polaris cannot lift or review these, since we only mirror the game's own decision.
2
Polaris-issued bans can be appealed by joining our Discord and opening a support ticket. Include your player ID or in-game name and a clear explanation of why you're appealing.
3
Staff will review your case and respond with a decision. Appeal outcomes are final unless new information comes to light.
